What You Need To Know
Have your beach dream wedding right here on Crescent Beach, just steps from our condo rentals! The maximum number of guests for the wedding party is 75, and we only book one wedding a week. Our goal is to help you have the best wedding possible, and we require all wedding couples to have a wedding planner. We suggest our approved wedding coordinators Sand Petal Weddings because of their experience and quality service.
Your wedding planner will handle the hassles and stresses of making sure that the caterer is scheduled, set-up and take-down is planned. With will work with you to book accommodations for your guests.
You will receive 10% off all rentals when you reserve 6 or more units for your wedding party. Please read more about our policies and guidelines for more information.
We urge couples to book their stay and reserve our wedding space between six months to one year in advance. Siesta Key is a popular beach destination wedding location, so don’t wait too long!

Our condominium consists of 49 individually owned units with a large portion available for vacation rentals. Most of our units are spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos that have all the modern amenities for affordable prices. Each condo has its own charm and appeal, and we will work with you on how many rooms you need for your guests.

After you book condo rentals for your family and friends, there are plenty of things to do to keep them busy while you attend to wedding plans and activities. Your wedding party attendees can also spend a few extra days on their own enjoying their vacation. Sea Shell Condominium is in a central location that provides you with access to Siesta Key’s top destinations and attractions.
Guests can lounge by our pool, enjoy our soft, white beach or use the free trolley to explore the island. Siesta Village is a popular area loaded with restaurants, shopping boutiques, bars, spas and more! Or choose a more adventurous activity like snorkeling around Point of Rocks, paddle boarding, jet skiing or parasailing! There are many tours to experience like kayaking Sarasota Bay, booking a fishing charter, or a dolphin cruise. This is especially great for guests with children!
